This thing works. You must use a conductor gel and pause on each area until it gets hot - almost stings - and then move to the next area. My only complaint with the replacement heads is that they're tiny and they were shipped in a big cardboard box - I will recycle the box, but such huge boxes aren't necessary.

I had saphenous nerve entrapment and docs were not forthcoming with a viable solution. I researched and saw medical discussion saying radio wave treatment showed promise. Found this and it provided relief.

Did it fix the problem permanently...no idea, but i can walk with less pain in my knee.

Will this work for everyone...no idea.

FYI: I used aloe vera jelly as the lubricant, used only 1 time every other day. Not daily, not multiple times in one day. Always used for 2 minutes or less.

I bought this machine because my upper eye lids started to droop. With in the first two times I used it I noticed a huge difference. For me this works amazingly.
