   Just received mine and all the parts are in there. Just lift the plastic. This thing works so well for mesotherapy. It sucks the skin and then injects. You will def need lidocaine. I suggest 10% bc it still hurt w the 5%. It it works super well and it injects perfectly into skin. Love love love it!

   Works great! LIFT UP THE PLASTIC, THE NEEDLE ETC. IS UNDER THE PLASTIC TRAY. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. There are videos online to show how to load syringe etc.
   I used it on my arms because a single needle would take forever, and I meso-ed my whole arm in 5 min the first time! I used 50 mu setting with the tube turned toward the top, no product loss. Really happy!

   I purchased this in December and wasn't able to use it until February. I don't know if my injector is defective but I had a LOT of very expensive product loss, everytime. I watched many videos on how to use this, so I know I attached everything correctly. Can't return it, so I'm stuck with a product I can not use.
   Up-date
   I decided to try it again. I did a few things differently. I used a 9 pin needle and had the vacumn rubber on top of the needle not the bottom. So, obviously it was user error and not one drop of product loss. Love it and would recommend this EZ Injector.

   Used once and it was easy. I watched a video in English on YouTube. Made easy. I was scared but after the fist use it’s easy. Have 10% numbing . I still feel something but not bad. It sucks up skin in and needles discharge serum . It’s NOT like microneedling but more of a syringe that holds serums and injects in skin. It doesn’t go to deep like a say lip filler injection. Safer. But more then one needle stamping skin. I wasn’t sure if this was more like a microneedling device. It’s more and does more. I like it. I’m sure forhead will be more painful then other areas. I only did around mouth and under eyes side of eyes and in between brows. Make sure you get the right serums. I’m having some issues finding. Some are just for microneedling which is also considered meso. 🙌🏼✨you also need to order numbing overseas. I found a place that’s not bad. Mostly shipping cost but it come in the week. AceCosmi .

   I ordered this products a month ago and never had the chance to use it so after learning from YouTube channels how to use it,I can say it has a good quality and works pretty good... You just need to know and understand the right way of using it....
   The Manual comes in Chinese language... Generally it is good product.

   I'm so excited to receive my ez injector! Came new complete with all parts like its supposed to. It arrived weeks earlier than it was supposed to. Cant wait to try it! Instructions are in Korean but I messaged the seller and they sent me printable english version of the instructions. I was worried this would be a flimsy cheaper made product than the 200.00 one on the site I buy my h.a. from but no, this is the same quality machine just way less expensive from this seller and seller is very helpful.

   So far so good! Seller was quick to communicate and it came much faster than the estimated date. This only comes with one tip (I think the nine pin). Everything was present and in good order. I have not used it yet but it all looks right. I think that if there was a problem the seller would do the right thing cause I have already talked with them twice BUT no problems yet :) (fingers crossed)
