Super simple to use. Well worth it.
Its not that expensive, only thing I think I will have to buy once in a while are the tips and those looks like can be purchased on amazon.
This comes with 3 pen handles, 9 diamond head attachments, the hose, 3 packs of large 8-20 mm filters, 3 packs of small 10-11mm, 2 fuses and an English manual.
The large filter goes on the machine under where you attach the hose and the small pre-filter goes on the diamond head before attaching it to the handle.
This is a fantastic microdermabrasion set. You can set up the three handles with your most used diamond heads and then they're ready to use when you need them.
