This worked great the first couple of times I used it, now the vibration part is intermittent at best. Lights still work, but the red light feature, feels like little shocks, isn't constant, only once in a while it will kick on. I make sure it's clean and touching the skin like it's supposed to. Seems if I hold it around the top (see photo) it works? That can be awkward depending on where on the face/neck I'm trying to use it. Would not purchase again. I now go to the salon and lay in the red light bed. Costs a bit but I can use the "sunshine" until summer returns. It has been a very gloomy winter.
