The electricity feels slightly tingling. I'll need to use it more to see if it's effective. It says there are three levels, but the level adjustment isn't very clear. Pressing once makes the light a bit dimmer, pressing again makes it slightly brighter, and pressing once more makes it even brighter. It seems like there are three levels, but compared to other devices where one light comes on at level 1 and two lights come on at level 2, this one is a bit inconvenient. Even at level 1, I feel a tingling sensation, so I think I should start with the lowest level safely and gradually increase the level as I get used to it.
